This roomy camper is well equipped with bath and shower, all appliances in good condition, awning, a recent hot water tank, happijacks, "scissor" steps, and even a new 9" TV. The propane system was recertified in 2015 (no use since).. The upholstery is Ok, the bed mattress is a replacement and is smaller than the original king size...The camper battery doesn't hold a charge and needs replacing------- 81/2 /10 overall
