I need your help. I was forced to be homeless and living at a shelter because my landlord sold his house when he visited the Philippines. New landlord said I am a idel tenant and that I could stay. At Christmas I was served a 2 month eviction when I didnt do anything wrong. I was paying $550 a month my own bachelor suite. Relitor even listed other tenant as storage space and that tenant got to stay because she is paying more rent than me. I think it was a ploy to re rent the house to make more money. I do not believe it was due faith.
I am a clean tenant. Dont smoke, dont drink or dont party. I dont do drugs and am quiet. I always pay my rent on time. Garenteed rent on PWD and CPPD fixed income. Been at residence since November 15th 2017 with no complaints. I even got my damage deposit back.
New Landlord kicked me out when he bought house. Under good faith he will only rent to family. If you see and ad saying 3300 road road please contact me
