man who needs a home in Nanaimo, British Columbia

help please...
i am posting for a friend who has fallen on hard times, he needs a place to stay, preferably some sort of caretaker position or somewhere he could do work in exchange for a place to live. hes a ticketed glazier, and sheet metal worker. he used to make $40 an hour. now hes homeless, and lost. needs someone to give him a chance again. ideal position or job would be working independently. he has a good heart and was always the first person to help others. life just took some bad turns for him and he needs a way out... not a hand out, a hand up...
