Hi there, we have a room for rent in our three bedroom two bathroom townhouse. Our house is 100% gluten free so this is a celiacs dream! Bright bedroom with walk in closet, own bathroom (may be used by us or guests occasionally) only stand up shower. Includes everything, hydro, internet, laundry and food(unless you want something special but if notified before grocery shopping we might be able to). No pets or smoking. We have a very cute 4 month old labradoodle. You are expected to clean up after yourself, help with dishes and main floor cleaning after family meals is also appreciated. We are young home owners but go to bed early, my partner works nights so respect of working hours is a must. Room can be furnished with a double bed
