Quiet house with lots of privacy in safe quiet neighbourhood. Suitable for serious student or career oriented female 20 years of age or older. No smoking or vaporing and sorry no pets.
Rent is $550 a month and includes basic internet, wifi, heat, electricity, parking, laundry facilities and a private furnished bedroom. Bedroom comes with bed, dresser, closet and desk. Bedding and towels are also available if required.
Sharing bathroom, dinning room, living room and fully equipped kitchen and patio out back. The rest of the house which is completely furnished but food is not included.
References and damage deposit required. Close to VIU 3.4 km and hospital 2.8 km. International students are welcome. Close to pub and grocery store.
Maximum occupancy for the room is one person. Must be easy to communicate with, respectful and honest.
