South Nanaimo unfurnished room for rent in new house, available MARCH 1st maybe a bit earlier to move in. The house is located near Vancouver Island University in a new subdivision in the south end. Rent is $600/month including all utilities. Shared kitchen, bathroom. The room is located in the den downstairs, 11ft by 11ft square room, big window, NO closet but room for a big dresser/rack. The house has Telus WIFI and 4K television boxes, one box included with the room. The house is only a few years old, natural gas fire place, double garage, front and back yard with a deck (BBQ on the deck), dishwasher, and laundry. We are all 24 year old professional males, he is a full time electrician who works in Victoria, so he is only here on weekends and I work full time as an Engineer at the hospital. We live in a clean and respectful household, very friendly, sociable and athletic. We are looking for someone who is either employed full time or a student, age/sex doesn't matter. Proof of employment/studies and references is required plus a $200 damage deposit. Prefer someone looking for 6 months or longer but will go shorter knowing some studies are only a few months long.
