The balancing process is performed exclusively on technically sound mechanisms that are firmly fixed in their designated positions. If the mechanism is defective: play in bearings, cracks - it must be repaired, installed on functional bearings, and secured before balancing can be performed. The rotor of the mechanism must also be thoroughly cleaned of any contaminants that may hinder the balancing process.

The customer provides safe conditions for balancing work, including the operation and shutdown of the mechanism, providing personnel for necessary mechanical and welding work to access the rotor and to install trial and correction weights. Access to an electrical network is required to carry out the work.
