The loveseat is in great shape, barely sat on at all and that's really what's for sale. The couch, on the other hand, is very well used. Some of the bonded leather has worn and broken away. The couch is solid and very comfortable but looks terrible if left uncovered. I kept a blanket over it but new material could be fastened over it instead.
I'd still be using them but am relocating to Victoria and got a new set down there. Sorry, I'm not able to deliver and I'm selling as a set only regardless of what you do with the couch.
