[Price Reduced] Three Cushion Leather Sofa w/ Couch Protector in Nanaimo, British Columbia for sale

Up for sale is my year old red sofa which is wrapped in a brown sofa protector (which is removable and washable).
The sofa is in great condition and comes from a clean home. The only reason I am selling it is that I am moving, and it would be easier to sell than move. It also fits through the door with ease, and thus would not be an issue to get out of the residence.
The couch is actually red (see the photo of the actual listing of it). There is a small tear on the back of the couch, however this is completely hidden when the couch is placed up against a wall like it currently is. It is also invisible when wearing the fitted sofa cover (purchased for $70, yours free).
There are legs for the sofa which are not pictured as I have not put them on. These will be included as well.
