40' Amor sailboat motorcruiser (no mast/sails) in Nanaimo, British Columbia for sale

40' Amor 40 hull, full keel, set up for liveaboard. No mast or sails (Amor 40's that are rigged up are usually offered at 65-90k). Known for being rock solid, thick fiberglass hulls that are extremely stable (the sister ship is one of the few pleasure vessels to do the Northwest Passage).
Willing to listen to any reasonable offers. Would consider trades for Cruise-a-home, Nautaline, Harbormaster, holiday mansion barracuda, etc - coastal capable houseboats (NOT pontoon type). - 6 month old new canvas with all stainless frame - camperback full enclosure on cockpit. matching propane tank covers on back, and hatch cover as well. - Spray foamed hull. - 65HP Yanmar 4 cyl Turbo Diesel (currently needs injector pump worked on). Motor had practically no hours on it when parked for a number of years. It's been fired up but needs work on injector pump/governor). This boat is perfect for someone that wants a great liveaboard as a motor cruiser, or to put the mast on and rig up and easily double the value of it and have a bluewater sailor capable of going anywhere. There's some things to work on for the finishing, but all minor. Survey from under 2 years ago, prior to adding the $5000 canvas and other work to it was $40,000 market value (120k replacement).
