Looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bdr condo with, and hopefully become friends. I am 19 and finishing first year at VIU, Graphic design. I am hoping to find someone who is tidy and respectful.
You will have your own room and we'll share a furnished living area with a big comfy couch and love seat, dinning table, 52" TV with android TV box. You'll have a full access to the patio, full kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, full size stove and fridge, dishwasher as well as a front load washer & dryer.
A parking spot is available.
I might have a cat soon so I hope you'd love to have a furry roommate too.
Utilities and high speed Internet included. Even using wireless color printer could be discussed.
A Town Village is nearby for shopping. A bus stop is a few steps away from the building.
The room for rent could be furnished, if required. Pictures of the room and furniture are posted.
