Looking for responsible, long term tenants for my 3 bedroom upper suite now that I've relocated to Victoria for work. It features in-suite laundry and a bright, large kitchen with plenty of cupboards and counter space - dishwasher included! You get a separate dining room with laminate flooring and a large carpeted livingroom with a wood-burning fireplace. One bedroom has laminate flooring while the other two are carpeted. The main bathroom has a nicely tiled shower and both bathrooms feature matching natural ivory travertine vanity tops and undermount sinks.
Enjoy barbeques on the large side deck that wraps around to the front as well as a smaller, covered deck in the back that leads to the large back yard (watch for deer visitors!). Also included is a parking pad for 2-3 vehicles. A bus stop is a block up the road.
This house is in a great Departure Bay location between two elementary schools and within walking distance to Wellington Secondary, Country Club Centre, and Departure Bay beach.
Renters are responsible for half the gas and hydro. Cats are welcome with a pet deposit but sorry, no dogs. Smoking is fine in outside areas only.
