Looking for a quiet, responsible and respectful working professional to rent my 2 BR 1 BA ground level suite. It's clean and bright, with new flooring 2 years ago. The bathroom has a bathtub, and there's access to shared laundry. One off-street parking space is provided, and there's a nice patio area under the deck.
The house is in an excellent location, very close to Westwood Lake which has amazing trails for hiking and mountain biking. It is close to VIU and a short (5-10min) walk to a bus route.
I live on my own in the upper part of the house, so it's extremely quiet and ideally I will find someone similar. Rent is $1200/mo plus 1/3 of the electricity; I am willing to offer a small discount if there is only one person moving in.
Absolutely no smoking and sorry, no pets.
Available anytime after May 1, and prefer someone who would like to stay a while and sign a 1 year lease.
