This trailer is set up for viewing only in nanaimo but is not set up in a park or on a pad, it is on a friends property. It comes with a disassembled railing and hardtop awning, but no wood deck. Inside there are two double hide-a-beds, kitchen table and chairs, fridge, stove, microwave, built in desk, full bathroom (little tub), clean carpets, all window coverings, propane powered furnace and air conditioning this trailer is in excellent condition a must see.
