1978 31ft Pace Arrow.
Runs great and strong with a 440 engine.
Original 58000 kms
Second owners.
Sleeps 6.
Newer tires, newer hot water tank. Everything works; radio, ac, fridge, stove, microwave, hot water.
No leaks.
I bought this a year ago or so ago, expecting to go camping more than I have. Unfortunately, we have been too busy to use it very much so we've decided to sell.
Newer floor and panelling (very little wear).
Never had kids, pets, or smoking in it.
It didn't have a couch when I bought it so we put a new rv hideabed couch in it.
Side bathroom, rear bedroom + pull out couch and pull out bed above front seats.
Didn't come with mattress, we have just used an air mattress.
Big awning, no rips.
Dual AC with heating elements. Onan GenSet.
A biiiig very spacious unit, tons of cupboard and storage space, sad to see it go but we just don't use it enough.
