Two established roommates are seeking two new members to join our five-room household near the NRGH, off meredith and bowen. One room is available May 1st (Ideally May 15th) and the second is available June 1st!
$525 monthly, not including gas (monthly) and hydro (bi-monthly) split 4-ways.
We're in a five bedroom household, with a large kitchen (and working dishwasher), three living rooms, two dining rooms, three bathrooms (all with showers), washer and dryer, and a closed off yard. We have a large garage, driveway has one free space but street parking is also availlable. There's plenty of space for furniture!
No pets, smoking is outdoors only. (420 friendly)
Included is unlimited high-speed internet, a household netflix account and maid service once per month. We're ideally looking for mature roommates who will respect the quiet neighborhood we live in. We're also within walking distance of Brook's Landing and the 30 NRGH bus route.
