Room Mate To Share River Front Condo By Seawall in Nanaimo, British Columbia

Beautiful top floor condo 2 blocks from seawall and right on the Millstone river. There's a view of the river from the dining room window and balcony.
You will be sharing with the owner I have other properties that I also stay at so I'm really not at the condo too much you'll essentially have it to yourself more than 50% of the time. Hydro is included.
No pets,No cigarettes, pot doesn't bother me. I do not like drunks or loud people. This would best suite a working professional person.
I'm redoing the room after the last tenant leaves and will be installing new flooring, trim and painting the room before next tenant.
Should be available September 15 but maybe sooner.
