Good size comfortable and furnished room with fridge, tv, cozy bed, desk, night stand. New carpet and recently painted. Home is larger on a large treed lot. Feels like you're in a rural area. Garden, close to everything. No couples please and must be a canadian citizen. Also, no drugs, alcohol or smoking. No smoking outside also as i'm very sensitive to it. Utilities included. Quiet home as nobody home often. Currently dad and 2 boys. There is a young cat so no other pets. If you're interested please email me with some details about who you are.
