Rent is $550 a month and includes basic internet, wifi, heat, electricity, parking, laundry facilities and a private furnished bedroom. Bedroom comes with bed, dresser, closet and desk. Bedding and towels are also available if required.
Sharing bathroom, dinning room, living room and fully equipped kitchen and patio out back.
References and damage deposit required. VIU is 3.1 km and the bus stop is just 900 meters away. International students are welcome. Close to pub and grocery store.
Maximum occupancy for the room is one person. Must be easy to communicate with, respectful and honest.
