We have 2 Student rooms available September 1/ 19 for International (ESL) or VIU students for $650/month (DOES NOT INCLUDE MEALS)
We are located near down Nanaimo within walking distance to Vancouver Island University (VIU). The bus stop and bus exchange are within 2 blocks, or you can use the bicycle.
We are located in a very friendly neighborhood across the street from a park and within walking distance of several other parks, as well as hiking trails and the waterfront.
You would have a private room in our home and share a nice clean private bathroom with one other student.
Your room contains everything you need to feel comfortable and at home; a bed (with bedding), desk with chair and lamp (and wi-fi), large mirror, closet, night table (with lamp) and dresser.
