This treadmill is in great shape. Was purchased from the Sears Catalog many years ago but wasn't suitable to our needs at the time. We kept it hoping that would change. It has been stored in a dry basement. There is electronic tracking but the device needs a new battery (2xAA). This is not motorized in any way, just powered by your steps. There is a mild incline. Wouldn't be too strenuous if you are just looking for something to use to keep mobile. Treadmill isn't very heavy and folds up to go in a closet. Probably won't fit under a bed.
