Two sofas, one in good condition and the other has quite a bit of cat
nail damage, but both are very sound structurally (definitely good basement furniture) . The glider is made by Dutalier and is is in very good condition. There is also a maple bookshelf 5x4 feet with 8 shelves (6 are adjustable). the bookshelf is in very good condition (minor nick on bottom edge)
Package deal for all the items is $300.
