This lovely Custom Made buff coloured, camel back, microfiber couch and love-seat are in EXCELLENT CONDITION.

They are very clean and our home is smoke and pet free. They are used infrequently so have no rips, tears, stains, etc. - in fantastic shape.

Microfiber is stronger than cotton and it is able to be cleaned. Four small throw cushions of like material and colour come with the couch. Since this beautiful set was custom made, we have one meter of extra material for covering a foot stool or for making more pillows.

The set was purchased from SofaWorks in Coquitlam. Replacement cost would be $2560 to $3200 depending on colour of the fabric, just e-mailed their store. You would be purchasing this couch set for less than half the replacement cost.
