Interior has been refinished and cushion fabric is in good condition. Equipment that is installed and ready to go: a rebuilt 454 (300hp) with 0 hours (can be seen running); rebuilt velvet drive marine transmission with 0 hours; new nibral propeller; new fuel tanks; new upgraded windows; new marine toilet; new macerator and holding tank; hot-water tank with heat exchanger; propane stove, new galley sink; new taps. Included but not installed today but I am working on them: New start battery; fresh water pump, VHF, battery charger, propane sensing/alarm/shutoff system; propane locker; anchor with chain and rope; upper deck windscreen.
