Hello, my name is Deanna. I am a mother of two beautiful children, which include a 16 year old son and 14 year old daughter. I had been a home owner for ten years and I'm a long-term employee as a Resident Care Aid with the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. Due to a divorce and separation of assets, I had no choice but to leave my home in search of a new rental. I rented for 3 years and now the landlord has sold his home so now I am looking again I am looking to rent a three bedroom house for a rental maximum of 1400 utilities included or extra. I own two Chihuahuas- of who are both house and crate trained. I would like to rent a home with some yard space (fenced please). I am happy to consider renting at any location within town,however I would prefer to live in the central/south end- as I would be closer to my children's school and work. I am able to pay both security and pet damage deposits and would consider signing a lease. I can also provide excellent character references.
