We are looking for Small Family, and or Professional couple/roommates.
This is an Upper Large Three Bedroom Home.
With Updated Bathroom and new Laundry Room.
We are Very Easy Going Landlords that live down stairs. We also like to sit around our fire pit and have a beverage, so we are definitely not too square :) We Love Animals, but we have had Bad Pet Owners in the Past that has cost us dearly. So One Dog would be Fine, but Sorry We Don't Want CATS here due to Allergies. Don't get me wrong I Love Cats, but my poor husband is allergic to them. Please don't let us scare you away by living below you. We want to share our place with the right kind of people, that would like to stick around a long while. 1 Year lease to be in place. Hydro will be split 50/50 we also have Cable and Internet to share 50/50 the phone line would be tenants if you want to use it, but responsable for the long distance that you use.
