I am an employed. professional, mature, single woman with a small, extremely, quiet female dog. She does not bark. Her and I, both well-behaved, and QUIET, are seeking a good home to rent.
I do not smoke, party or have company to my residence very often. I visit my friends where they live. The rental would be for me and my dog only.
I am a very good tenant, a former home owner, with good former rental, and employment, references. I do not leave my dog unattended for more than five hours at a time, and my employer works with me on this.
As a tenant, I keep my residence clean, QUIET and paid for. I am a respectful, and considerate, tenant who bothers no one. My little dog is a sweet dog who is shy, and she bothers no one.
