We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement suite very close to terminal park mall (Starbucks, Bulk Barn, Nesvoggs, Cobbs, sushi, dollar store, etc). Our house backs onto the E&N Trail, so you are seconds to a nice long run or bike ride. The house is also directly on bus route heading north or south. Ideal location for people who like to be close to everything and love that convenience.
Vancouver Island University is a 5 minute drive away. A 10 minute walk down the hill to Maffeo Sutton park (aka the Nanaimo Waterfront). The hospital is a 2 minute drive away too!
Our basement suite is a brand-new suite with all new flooring, kitchen, bathroom and some fresh paint! The suite does NOT have laundry services, however a laundry mat is literally across the street. You could pause your netflix and walk over and flip your laundry over in less than 5 minutes.
