We are looking to rent our ground level, 1 bdrm Suite in a very quiet central Nanaimo neighbourhood. Our suite comes with fridge/stove and its own washer/dryer. Rent includes, off street parking and a private entrance, Hydro will be split t 1/3.
We are looking for non-smokers, non-partiers, pets are considered.
